Total Body Workout

TBW- Total Body Work: This class utilizes resistance and cardio training by combining free weights, intervals, power, plyometrics, endurance and bodyweight exercises.  Great for all fitness levels.

 
Cycling

Enjoy the challenge of a bike ride using speed drills, climbing, etc… while varying resistance on a stationary bike. All fitness levels welcome!

HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training (HiiT), a fusion of cardio drills and bodyweight exercises.  Can be adapted for all fitness levels.

Body Pump

All fitness levels will enjoy the increase in strength and endurance using a barbell/weights to target every major muscle group.

Yoga

reate a state of fluidity and flexibility in body and mind. Various yoga practices are implemented.

WERQ

 Is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.

Core N More 45
Core exercises combined with a variety of isolated Lower body exercises designed to tone and sculpt.
Silver Sneakers
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial art techniques with faced paced cardio. This high energy workout challenges beginners and advanced participants, building stamina, improving coordination, and flexibility.
Zumba
Put FUN back into fitness! Latin inspired, low impact dance based workout. You’ll be having so much fun moving you’ll forget you’re working out! All fitness levels can enjoy this class!
Piyo
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.
Hip Hop
High energy class that starts off with a fun, non-stop warm-up to get the blood flowing! You will be introduced to a few classic hip-hop moves and grooves before learning a combination. Never danced before? Don’t worry! The choreography will be broken down and taught at the whatever pace the class needs. The only requirement…..keep that energy high as we dance to upbeat music and the smiles flow free!
Barreworks
Designed for all fitness levels, low impact body toning, utilizing a barre, light weights as well as gliders and pilates balls.

Triple Fit
An intense cardio workout for all fitness levels with plyometrics, sports drills, core training, and bodyweight resistance. High and Low impact options.
Core 15
Core exercises for 15 minutes.
Pilates
Pilates encourages long, lean, and toned muscles. Work focuses on the “Powerhouse” (core) through a series of exercises designed to elongate the body.
